Designated to River Team of AEC Global Teamwork to Stanford University, I had a chance to develop a project with the flow of the river as the main theme of our work. AEC Global Teamwork is a project which engages student from all over the world to work on the conceptual project of building for 5 months - involving work from the scratch to its completion.
Having prepared two different architectural concepts, and four different MEP and SE concepts, we decided to go with the one you can se presented below: The Flow!
The architecture was just one small piece of puzzles to this project. Altogether with all members of the team, we developed a project in multidimensional BIM, consisting of advanced 3D models (architectural, structural and mechanical), construction simulations, cash flow model and lots more.
